Our reporters have an average of 15 years' experience and will work with you to help manage, index and archive your entire case. Plus, we've got the latest technology, including realtime transcripts in the courtroom, during depositions and on the Internet.

Availability

With a large staff of full-time reporters and support personnel, we are always prepared to meet the needs of our clients-even when we're called at the last minute. In fact, we keep reporters on call every day to provide for short notice schedule changes.

Continuity

At Beovich, Walter & Friend our priority is to have the same reporter return to ongoing cases to build familiarity with the procedures and preferences of each particular counsel. In this way, our reporters are able to build a professional relationship with clients who use us on a regular basis.

Experience

The reporters in our firm are required to be Certified Shorthand Reporters. A majority of them joined us with at least five years' experience. Our reporters have traveled nationally and internationally and have extensive knowledge of the specific terminology used by our diverse clients.

Case Management

Today as never before, lawyers want a court reporter to do more than take quick, accurate notes. They want the entire case managed. Beovich, Walter & Friend meets that need. Our reporters interact with support staff and the client's office personnel, so counsel need not worry about basic case management. We archive all text for as long as the client desires. On continuing cases, we can provide a Case Management Report which contains a list of depositions, witnesses, and an ongoing exhibit index, updated after every deposition session.

Delivery

Routine transcript delivery time is five to seven working days - though faster turnaround is available upon request. With new technology we can provide instant translation, edited or unedited, to screens at counsel tables and in the courtroom or deposition room during the taking of testimony.
